The amount of time spent in planning and design is critical to the success of a project. Industry Best Practice suggest that it is 300% more costly to resolve issues that occur three quarters of the way through a project than it is to address them at the start. 

Over the years Proact have invested heavily in the development of our project management office (PMO). The PMO works to a structured and proven framework, based upon MSP, PRINCE2 and ITIL standards. Toolsets based on all these standards have been developed by Proact for use on all customer projects, In addition tools from the AGILE framework can also be applied to any project where applicable.  This allows Proact to successfully deliver projects on time, on budget and with minimal risk using recognised industry standards for running IT projects used successfully by organisations across the globe.

This methodology has been adopted and used successfully on hundreds of projects.  The methods used in this approach are flexible enough to adapt to your time constraints and working practices, whilst being formal enough to limit ambiguity and risk.  Proact will work with you to ensure that deliverables are clearly defined and agreed with project owners and sponsors.
