That’s why we offer a wide range of wellbeing resources and benefits for our Proact people, including 24/7 access to digital GP services, 40% discount on gym membership, private healthcare for every employee and even optical and dental treatment.

Mental Wellbeing

We want all colleagues to feel enabled to look after their mental health, so we provide a vast array of resources for this. We have a national network of mental health first aiders, 24/7 access to professional counselling and specialist therapists, if and when they are needed, through our Employee Assistance line and access to a library of digitally accessed resources on a range of topics.

Wellbeing at Work...

At Proact the wellbeing of our employees matters hugely and so we support every individual employee to invest in both their mental and physical health. We hold regular health and wellness events: from webinars to online yoga sessions, sponsored walks to smoothie making workshops and health MOT’s we spend a lot of time making sure we stay as fit and healthy as we can.
