Proact achieves Rubrik Authorized Support Partner status

Europe’s leading independent cloud services and data centre provider Proact has had a strong partnership of several years with Rubrik, a leading Zero Trust Data Security™ company. Proact’s high level of expertise in delivering exceptional support for Rubrik’s products and services has now resulted in the company gaining Rubrik Authorized Support Partner status in Sweden.

To become a Rubrik Authorized Support Partner (RASP), Proact must maintain the same certifications and rigorous training as Rubriks own support engineers. As a RASP, Proact will act as the first point of contact for joint customers and can provide extensive on-site support where needed.

RASP status allows Proact to further differentiate itself and deepen its collaboration with Rubrik. As a result, Proact’s customers will experience new benefits including increased choice for the type of support and services they prefer, and the ability to receive support in their local languages. Furthermore, RASP accreditation will broaden Proact’s portfolio of technologies for which the service provider can provide its own support. This enables Proact to act as a one-stop partner for support across multiple IT vendors, offering customers a single point of contact for fast issue resolution.
